Polyurethane sandwich panel is a type of polyurethane insulation sandwich panel used in construction, also known as leak proof sandwich roof panel, polyurethane rigid foam insulation board, polyurethane composite board, PU board, etc. It is a widely used and highly promising high-efficiency energy-saving building envelope material, and also a new type of energy-saving board guaranteed and promoted by the Ministry of Construction of China.
Anti leakage sandwich roof panels, polyurethane rigid foam insulation panels, polyurethane composite panels, and PU panels are common terms for polyurethane sandwich panels. Strictly speaking, they should be polyurethane insulation sandwich panels used in construction, which comply with the national standard GB/T23932-2009 and replace the old standard JC/T868-2000.
The bonding strength of polyurethane sandwich panel shall not be less than 0.09MPa, the combustion performance of the sandwich panel shall reach B1 level, and the bending bearing capacity of the sandwich panel shall not be less than 0.5Kn/m2 when the deflection of the sandwich panel is Lo/200 (Lo is the distance between supports). The effective width of the board is usually 1000mm, and the length can be customized.

Good insulation and thermal insulation: with a temperature of 0.0175Kcal/m.h. ℃, the overall rigidity is good, and the bearing capacity is high;
Reasonable and simple connection: The roof panel adopts a buckle connection method to avoid the risk of roof leakage, while the wall panel adopts male and female socket connections, which have a beautiful appearance and save the use of spare parts, making construction simple.
