Color steel plates can prevent fire from six aspects:
Firstly, using rock wool with good fire resistance as the core material is the fundamental solution;
Secondly, during the construction process, the core material should be kept away from open flame operations such as welding and gas welding;
Thirdly, during use, some heat sources and ignition sources should not be placed close to the steel plate, and a certain distance should be maintained. If a kitchen needs to be set up in a color steel board room, a thermal insulation layer is required, and a fireproof rock wool insulation layer should be added to the walls;
Fourthly, it is best not to pass through wires and cables from the core material. If it is necessary to pass through, protective sleeves should be added. Sockets and switch boxes should be made of galvanized metal and installed in an exposed manner;
Fifthly, simple fire extinguishing equipment should be equipped indoors and outdoors, and if conditions permit, fire alarms should be installed to facilitate rapid evacuation of personnel;
Sixth, a safe distance of at least 6 meters should be maintained between the color steel panel houses. The sandwich filling material of the color steel plate room without strict flame retardant treatment, although flammable, will not self ignite. Strict, scientific, and effective management is one of the important ways to prevent the occurrence of fire in color steel plate rooms by keeping the fire source away from flammable sandwich filling materials.
